The scope of work associated with this project consists of Architectural, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), and Landscape Architecture design work for federally funded improvements to various Community Centers operated under the Jefferson Community Action Programs (JeffCAP) Department. The scope of the improvements includes design and construction to increase the resiliency of the Community Centers by equipping backup generators for use during power outages, and making improvements as identified by JeffCAP to enhance normal operations, emergency response capabilities, energy efficiency, resiliency, and ADA compliance. Jefferson Parish anticipates the project will require the following supplemental services: surveying and resident inspection. Community Centers involved: 1. Bridge City 2. Dorothy B.
