Albany State University is soliciting proposal for grease trap pumping and cleaning for both the East and West Campus. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Awarded supplier to provide grease trap cleaning services as further described in this eRFQ for both ASU East and West campuses. Bidder will be required to remove, clean, and dispose of waste from the grease traps throughout both campuses. The Successful bidder will be responsible for cleaning, inspecting the grease traps and providing a written report detailing the services as noted in the attached Detailed Services Specifications. Services will be provided at various ASU facilities listed in the attached Grease Trap Cost Worksheet. Service Details: Supplier agrees to provide Grease Trap Pumping and Cleaning as noted below. Services must be completed on a quarterly basis as scheduled by ASU Facilities and ASU Auxiliary Services. Vendor must contact site location as specified on Purchase Order to coordinate and schedule the services dates and times. Cleaning Specifications: All S.O.G (solids, oil, and grease) and water will be pumped completely from interceptor/trap. Interior tops, walls and bottoms of interceptor/trap will be pressure washed, scraped free of sludge and/or grease solid buildup.
