Requested Scope of Work 1. Transition Review - Review prior contractor reports and financials leading up to award. 2. Budget & Subsidy Preparation Prepare and process HUD/EOHLC submissions, including subsidy calculations, budgets, utility estimates, and PHAS submissions. 3. General & Subsidiary Ledgers - Maintain, review, and analyze ledgers including reconciliations, journal vouchers, debt service entries, and financial statements. 4 Program Knowledge - Provide services knowledgeable in HCV, PBV, RAD, FDS, and other HUD/EOHLC programs. 5. Fiscal Year-End Closeout- Prepare and submit HUD/EOHLC forms, transmit Financial Data Schedule (FDS) to REAС. 6. Investments - Review NHA investments and provide recommendations to the Executive Director. 7. Compliance Ensure adherence to NHA Asset Management provisions, HUD/EOHLC rules, and regulations. 8. FASS/PHAS Reporting - Prepare and submit FASS financial data and assist with PHAS certification. 9. Non-Profit Partner Services - Prepare financial records and statements as requested. 10. Required HUD/EOHLC Forms - Submit all forms and reports per HUD 7475.1 REV and EOHLC requirements...
