Scope: The City of Columbus, Department of Public Utilities, is receiving bids until October 29, 2025, at 3:00 PM Eastern Time for construction services on, CIP # 650346-100002, Southerly Water Reclamation Plant VFD and Harmonic Filter Upgrades project. Bids are to be submitted only through Bid Express at www.bidexpress.com. Hard copies or emails will not be accepted. This project the work for which consists of replacing 5 Thickening Centrifuge Bowl and 5 Thickening Centrifuge Scroll VFDs, 20 Thickening Centrifuge Auxiliary Equipment VFDs, 4 Thickening Centrifuge Harmonic Filters, 5 Skimmings VFDs, 16 Return Activated Sludge Pump VFDs, 8 Waste Activated Sludge Pump VFDs, 12 Secondary Clarifier Collector Drive VFDs, 4 Return Activated Sludge Pump Harmonic Filters, 4 Fine Screen Drive VFDs, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, in accordance with the drawings, technical specifications, special provisions, and City of Columbus Construction and Material specifications set forth in this Invitation For Bid (IFB)
