Roads to be paved are Lyons Creek Road and Hallock Court. Street width is 18 feet / cul-de-sacs, existing width. Total area to be paved is approximately 8,700 square yards. There are two (2) asphalt areas that require repairs. All repairs are required to be sawcut to provide a clean, uniform edge to pave. o Excavate broken asphalt in the repair areas approximately 37’ x 11’ in the two (2) areas to a depth of eight (8) inches. o Fine grade excavated area in preparation for crush/run stone. o Furnish and install eight (8) inches crush/run stone in excavated area flush with adjacent pavement. o Sweep, tack with CRS-1 liquid asphalt and resurface entire subdivision roads and cul-de-sacs with a compacted two-inch layer NC Type S-9.5C asphalt pavement. Backfill shoulders and roadway edges of completed asphalt with topsoil.
