Ground Maintenance Services All ground maintenance for the property of Alabama Public Television, 1255 Madison Avenue, Montgomery, AL 36107. Service Period: October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026 Included in the estimate are the following: 1. Mowing Service - 24 cuts per year. 2. Prune Ornamental Trees - 1 time per year. 3. Hort Service - 2 times per year - Remove leaves, spray weeds in bed and pave areas, trim shrubs, remove debris from beds and remove suckers from ornamental trees. 4. Treatments (fertilization and weed control - 6 times per year) Additional services can be quoted as needed.
