Lobby Area/ Waiting Area: Dust/clean chairs, tables and glassin lobby area; wipe and disinfect lobby chairs; clean and wipe down all countertops; wipe down all furniture; clean all security glass doors on both sides; clean all glass windows; dust/vacuum window seals; remove fingerprints and marks from around light switches and door frames and sweep and mop all floors. Offices: Wipe down all doors in the offices; empty and remove trash, replace trash liner, damp wipe trash can (as needed) and return trash can to original location; Dust all furniture; and sweep or vacuum the floors. Janitorial Storage Closet: Janitorial closet must be clean, neat, and orderly. Restrooms: There are four (4) restrooms in this building. Toilets and urinals to be cleaned and disinfected inside and out; toilet seats to be cleaned and disinfected on both sides; clean and disinfect the sinks; polish and disinfect all chrome; clean all mirrors; empty the trash and sanitary napkin receptacles; damp wipe and disinfect the trash can and sanitary napkin receptacles; refill toilet paper, hand soap and paper towels and sweep and wet mop the restroom floors with disinfectant. Breakroom: There is two (2) breakrooms in this building. Clean surfaces to include all countertops, sinks and faucets; remove any debris from tables and chairs; clean the exterior surfaces of all appliances and microwave interiors; check walls and cabinets for splash/spill marks; empty and remove trash, replace trash can liner, damp wipe trash can (as needed) and return trash can to original location and sweep and mop floors
