The state of North Dakota, acting through its Office of Attorney General (OAG) – Bureau of Criminal Investigation Division (the STATE) is soliciting proposals for a multi-disguise video surveillance system. A versatile, modular system that features multiple enclosures for pole based, vehicle-based, and portable enclosures. We are looking to purchase 8 complete units; each unit will contain the same items. Each unit will have a PTZ camera with wireless capabilities and at least 2 enclosure options a small covert enclosure to attach to utility poles and a vehicle-based enclosure, such as a dog kennel, and portable power unit. This purchase will include IP scheming and initial setup of the modems and cameras, as well as a video management system.
