• Provide qualified supervision and workers. • Maintain sufficient equipment and staff to perform required services. Failure to do so may be considered nonperformance and grounds for contract termination under Section 2.22. • Perform work without unnecessary interference with Knox County operations or other Contractors. • Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws, regulations, and ordinances. • Be responsible for all damages caused by the Contractor’s negligence. • Cover costs for the disposal of non-recyclable or residual materials and for any used oil or hydrocarbons that cannot be marketed or reused. Landfilling of non-contaminated recyclables is not permitted. • Provide Knox County, upon request, with documentation of the final destination of collected materials to confirm beneficial end use. • Maintain and, upon request, provide transportation manifests or similar records verifying materials collected. • Provide hauling and delivery reports (frequency, date, time, weights, origin, volume, demand) upon request. • Provide reporting information required for Knox County’s Annual Solid Waste Progress Report to TDEC per TCA 68-211-871 within fifteen (15) business days of the request.
