The scope of each Work Authorization will be provided through a scope of work (SOW) issued by the Department of Water Resources. Upon receipt of the SOW, the Contractor will provide a Proposal to perform the work within the time requested by DWR. The Proposal shall include: A. A summary of the anticipated cost of the work using the unit prices, labor rates, and unit costs provided under this Contract. B. The names and contact information of the assigned project manager and superintendent. C. A mobilization date. D. A schedule of the work, including submittal dates and specifically durations when a tank will be out of service. E. A narrative description of the planned progression of the work. F. Any substitution requests or exceptions to the technical specifications or SOW.
