The selected firm will provide the following services: Once per week visits to the CA and WRP water and wastewater collection systems by a licensed operator (minimum of Class VI Waterworks Operator License issued by the Virginia Board for Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operators) Note: The lift stations in the Accomack Industrial Park are no longer part of the scope of services for this RFQ. Once-per-month meter readings for the CA (including Northern Spur Sewer Line), and WRP systems Collection of Virginia Department of Health (VDH) required samples and delivery of samples to the Health Department in Accomac for all County owned and operated water systems. Recording of weekly activities in onsite logbook Monthly reports to VDH and Accomack County Department of Public Works (ACDPW) on all systems, as required by VDH Quarterly reports to DEQ and Accomack County Department of Public Works (ACDPW) as required by DEQ Groundwater Withdrawal Permit for County Buildings Complex.
