o Site Prep: Survey, access, and secure installation location; power/solar prep. o Installation: Mount radar water level and velocity sensors; install controller/data logger, power system, and telemetry hardware. o System Integration: Configure ALERT2 and other telemetry protocols; set alert threshold; verify connectivity. o Testing and Calibration: In situ calibration; functional and telemetry testing; baseline data collection. o Software Setup and Configuration: Install and configure central monitoring software/dashboard. Where possible, integrate telemetry streams (ALERT2, WaterML2.0, etc.) with local Flood Early Warning System or regional system. Set up alerts, notifications, and user permissions. Configure data logging, visualization, and export functionality. o Documentation and Training: Provide as-built drawings, wiring diagrams, O&M manual, calibration certificates, and staff training.
