TSTC is seeking a partner who can help us take our digital ecosystem from where it is today to where it needs to be tomorrow. This first phase is about optimization and improvement in order to establish a strategic foundation. With an initial 12 month retainer contract, we expect the agency to evaluate, diagnose, and prioritize opportunities to provide ongoing support to improve the website experience. This may include, but is not limited to: ● Website and content audits ● User journey mapping and conversion analysis ● SEO and accessibility enhancements ● Design and development improvements ● System performance and scalability assessments We anticipate focused attention on areas such as Accelerated Training (including Worksite.org), the Online section, and the Foundation section. We are also aware of some structural shortcomings of our existing site that we will look to remediate. These areas are critical to our mission and represent opportunities for immediate impact
