The College intends to contract for the cooling tower piping changes in the CSB building, a new electric duct heater in the WHCA building, and VAV box replacement in the WHCA, CLB and GEB buildings. VAV BOX Replacement & DUCT HEATER Addition: 1. Remove and replace existing fan powered with new owner furnished variable volume units as indicated on plans. 2. Remove and replace existing variable volume units with new owner furnished variable volume units as indicated on plans. 3. Provide new electric duct heater in WHCA building AHU-5 supply ductwork as indicated on plans. Contractor shall read existing CFM air flow and duct static pressure of existing unit before commencing any work. Contractor shall provide readings to JCCC Representative.
