The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project, including but not limited to the following: Milling Operations a. Mill existing asphalt pavement to a 2” depth. b. Materials and debris shall be cleaned, swept, removed, and disposed of. c. Price of paving shall be provided per square yard, and as a total Paving Operations a. Furnish, transport, and install bituminous asphalt concrete b. Non-tracking tack shall be applied prior to the paving. c. Application of 1.00 inches of HMA S0.375 leveling course, compacted to standard d. Application of 1.5 inches of HMA S0.375 top course, compacted to standard e. Contractor shall ensure that current grades at driveways and curb cuts are maintained at the current elevation. f. Ensure uniform thickness and smooth surface finish, meeting applicable compaction and density requirements. g. Roads shall be paved in their entirety and to the end of curb meeting intersection of cross street
