1 Each Floor Care to include: Strip, rinse, seal and refinish all VCT flooring once per year, includes removing and replacing furniture, as needed, during the months Oct - Dec - exact date to be determined. Awarded vendor to supply all chemicals, materials and/or equipment needed to perform these services. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract. The person(s) performing this service must be the owner or a legal employee of the awarded vendor. 3 Each Floor Care to include: Sweep, mop and buff, open areas only, of VCT three times per year - once during the months of Jan - Mar, once during the months of Apr - Jun and once during the months of Jul - Aug - exact dates to be determined.
