Awarded Respondent shall be responsible for the following: Respondent will provide the Written Test for Hearing Instrument Fitters and Dispensers to candidates seeking this license in the State of Texas. Respondent will provide the Psychometric and Scoring Analysis for the Written Test. TDLR will determine each potential candidate’s eligibility prior to the Written Test and provide a list of these eligible candidates to the Respondent electronically. As new technology becomes available to the Agency, this will be done through a secure online portal. TDLR will provide the Respondent with the eligible candidate’s contact information electronically. As new technology becomes available to the Agency, this will be done through a secure online portal. Respondent will work with TDLR to create a study guide which will be the governing document for the administration of the Written Test.
