Integral Care is seeking a Bidder to complete Determination of Intellectual Disability (“DID”) evaluations for individuals who are referred to it by Integral Care’s crisis-related services and local mental health providers/facilities, or who are completing the process for a Home and Community-Based Services diversion application. The Services will be completed in a variety of locations within Travis County, Texas as determined by Integral Care and may include, but are not necessarily limited to, Integral Care’s location at 5225. N. Lamar, Austin, Texas, nursing facilities, jails, and psychiatric facilities. Integral Care will pay the Successful Bidder $400.00 per completed DID for which the face-to-face evaluation occurred at an Integral Care facility, and $640.00 per completed DID for which the face-to-face evaluation occurred at a community location(s) other than an Integral Care facility. Integral Care anticipates providing the Successful Bidder with between 4-5 DID evaluations to complete per week, but does not guarantee any particular number. Successful Bidder’s Services must adhere to the applicable guidelines of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission including, without limitation, the Texas Administrative Code and the Best Practices Guidelines for the Target Population (defined below).
