The Contractor shall provide the software and services required to implement an extensible, comprehensive, and fully integrated Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Corrections Information Technology System (CITS) for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ, the Department). The CITS Solution procured through this Request for Offer (RFO) must support the Department’s business capabilities related to the management of Offender information for both current and former Offenders (incarcerated or on some form of community supervision). Such Services will include system and software configuration, with minimal customization, implementation services, data conversion and migration, data mapping, implementation of required interfaces, data sharing with internal and external entities, training, testing, and ongoing maintenance and technical support for the life of the Contract.
