Supplier shall provide ongoing maintenance and support for licensing, helpdesk, report implementation/modification of AL DHR’s GLAS (General Ledger Accounting System). Supplier has customized the Electronic Accounting System for the sole use of AL DHR. Supplier designed and implemented new GLAS system and has sole support access to AL DHR’s GLAS. Supplier shall maintain GLAS on behalf of AL DHR. Supplier shall provide dedicated Helpdesk support Supplier shall provide product licensing of the system Supplier has custom built reporting using JET reports & currently manages all reporting. Supplier shall monitor, provide support and address any software issues that may occur. Supplier shall be authorized to access functioning of the software Supplier shall provide a service board with unlimited support and exclusive knowledge of AL DHR system.
