PARTS E-ONE FIRE VEHICLE PARTS offered and delivered through this contract must be new, equal or better in every respect to the parts normally furnished as original equipment on new E-ONE Equipment. All parts shall have Current Manufacturers Retail Price, as well as reflected discount pricing listed on Invoice and Service Reports. Current Manufacturer’s Retail Parts Price Lists must be included with the bid and updated every 6 months of the contract. A non E-One part shall also have the source of pricing listed. SERVICE The bidder must have qualified personnel, equipment and supplies to perform E-ONE Fire vehicle equipment. The Township has the option to provide parts that are readily available and meet original equipment specifications, with the agreement that they will not unnecessarily cause the delay of repairs. Additionally, if the Township can procure parts in a shorter time span than the bidder, they also reserve that option.
