OVERVIEW The services performed by Contractor shall be for the purpose of recruiting the State Forester position. Contractor shall offer full-service recruiting; however, Agency may choose to complete certain process steps internally. The scope of services does not include activities related to the screening or selection process. Throughout the recruitment process, Contractor shall keep Agency informed about the recruitment process, with all final approvals by Agency. Contractor shall appraise Agency throughout the recruitment process of any issues or decisions that may impact the recruitment timeline or budget. Contractor shall make recommendations for decisions tied to the recruitment process. Contractor shall provide services through each phase of the recruitment process including, but not limited to the following: Planning Supporting Services Sourcing Reference Checking Weekly reporting to Agency
