Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.. Oregon State University intends to contract for the provision of instructional design services from Two First Designs as a sole source because of the contractor being the only provider able to meet critical parameters or timeframes to support the research and/or business needs of the university. The minimum skills and expertise for this project include a background in, and considerable experience with, developing complex, multi-module instructional design projects (e.g., self-paced online courses). This includes skill in developing state-of-the-art multimedia with a high degree of accessibility. This work occurs in an environment where our in-house instructional design team has established design standards that require extensive use of the Articulate 360 software suite, along with video editing software.
