2.1 The purpose of this solicitation is to contract for evidence-based, skill-building parenting services that are individualized to a family’s needs, culture and readiness for change. ADCS is dedicated to providing families with the right services at the right time, without duplication and with proper sequencing. These services are intended to strengthen family protective factors to reduce risk of child abuse or neglect and enhance parent/caregiver protective capacities so that children are safe in their own homes. The services in this contract include the following: Family Connections (FC), which provides change-focused interventions to achieve the Family Connections core outcomes of: Social Support Family Functioning Family Resources Child Well- Being Parenting Attitudes and Behaviors Managing Parenting Stress
