1. Replacement of two (2) existing Rooftop Units (RTUs) located at the UV Building rooftop, Elevation +47.50, servicing the Electrical Room and HVAC Room, at Elevation +31.0. New RTUs will no longer use effluent water/glycol water loop, Heat Pump Loop Supply/Return (HPLS/HPLR), for its operation but instead will rely on air condenser for cooling, and natural gas for heating. New units to be sized to handle the entire cooling and heating loads. 2. Install one (1) new Rooftop unit, at Elevation +47.50, to serve the Control Room/Sampling Room of the UV Building. This unit is to provide heating and cooling determined by heating/cooling load calculations and air ventilation as required by governing code for an occupied space, according to the International Mechanical Code, IMC. 3. Removal of dehumidifier units, DHU-1 and DHU-2, at Elevation +31.0’ at the UV Building. 4. Removal of Waste Heat Pump 1 (WSHP-1), serving the Sample Room, and Waste Heat Pump 2 (WSHP-2), serving the Storage Room/Washroom, both located above the dropped ceiling of El. +31.0. 5. Removal of the one (1) Energy Recovery Ventilator, ERV-1, serving the exhaust from the Sampling Room/Washroom/Storage, located ceiling of Elevation 31.0’ in the HVAC Room. 6. Removal of two (2) Plate Heat Exchangers, GPX-1 and GPX-2, associated pumps and piping located in the HVAC Room at Elevation +31.0’, of the UV Building. 7. Removal of natural gas unit heaters, at the UV channels at Elevation +13.50’. 8. Replacement of two (2) existing Rooftop Units, RTU-3 and RTU-4 at Elevation +39.67, servicing the Switchgear Room at the Primary Switchgear Building. 9. Abandon HPLS/HPLR process piping between UV Building and Primary Switchgear Building in place. 10. Install three (3) electric powered forced air unit heaters at the UV channel area of the UV Building at Elevation +13.50’.
