1. Clean up shall include the excavation and disposal of all solid waste (e.g., construction and tree debris) in the rear yard of 1964 Grand Avenue as outlined in Attachment A. 2. Associated work shall include placement of clean compacted fill for excavated area and erosion control. Upon completion of all fill activities, the sites shall be graded and seeded with a turf type fescue and annual rye grass mixture. 3. All demolition materials shall be disposed of in accordance with all federal, state and local regulation requirements, or ordinances to the strictest standard, a licensed demolition or sanitary landfill facility. 4. All fill material shall be identified and approved by the City prior to award. 5. Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required City permits.
