The selected Offeror shall furnish all expertise, labor and resources, in accordance with the requirements of the VT Manual, to provide complete services necessary for Project Order(s) issued during the Contract Term. The following generally summarizes the types of scopes of services that the Offeror may be required to perform, depending on the individual Project Orders: A. Prepare an A/E cost estimate for proposed projects; B. Provide project initiation/schematic drawing activity such as program validation, field of existing conditions, code analysis; C. Perform preliminary design services, such as calculation, energy/life-cycle and systems analyses, updated cost estimates, and respond to review comments; D. Prepare Working Drawings that are complete and sealed with relevant specifications and provide permit submittal support;
