Develop and implement a marketing plan tailored for each property type (commercial, industrial, residential, PPP). b. Create professional marketing materials (brochures, signage, digital listings, etc.). c. List properties on Multiple Listing Service (MLS), real estate platforms, and targeted industry outlets. d. Conduct outreach to prospective buyers, developers, and investors. e. Showcase properties via open houses, site tours, or broker events as appropriate. 3. Buyer Engagement and Negotiation a. Screen and qualify potential buyers or development partners. b. Present offers to the City in a timely and transparent manner. c. Assist in negotiations to achieve favorable terms for the City. d. Provide recommendations on structuring deals to align with City priorities (e.g., economic development, job creation, housing needs). 4. Transaction Support a. Coordinate due diligence activities with buyers (title, inspections, surveys, environmental reviews). b. Work with the City Attorney and staff to prepare purchase and sale agreements. c.
