This RFQ seeks qualified teams to provide design and construction support services based on the approved Master Plan. The preferred design in the Master Plan includes the following elements: • Site grading to create stormwater depressions along the southern boundary and berms along the northern edge, including "Sunset Hill" as a central park feature • Stormwater management features • Reforestation with evergreen and deciduous trees and understory plantings, particularly in the northern area • Network of primary and secondary ADA accessible pedestrian paths, including a looping promenade • Western park edge features: o Community portal/entry area o Community garden o Natural grass play meadow (informal use only) • Eastern park area includes: o Flexible play courts o Paved multi-use play area (e.g., basketball, wheeled activities) o Playground with zones for different age groups and play types, including: Hillside slides Climbing and scrambling structures Swings Zipline • Multiple community gathering areas with integrated seating • Covered pavilion ("The Oval") for seating, picnics, events, and performances • "The Perch," an elevated, universally accessible seating platforms atop Sunset Hill
