The scope may include, but is not limited to: "Site preparation and mobilization "Demolition "Construction, renovation, or improvement activities as specified in project documents "Compliance with architectural and engineering plans "Project management and scheduling "Quality assurance and safety compliance "Coordination with subcontractors, vendors, and Owner representatives "Final inspection, testing, and commissioning "Engineering, Procurement and Construction Services for Solar PV Systems, Energy Storage Systems, EV Chargers, Solar Thermal Systems, LED Lighting "Professional Services: Master Planning, Owners Technical Representative, Program Management "Construction Services: Technology Construction Manager as a Constructor, Technology Design-Assist, Technology Design-Build "Systems Integrator: Audio-Video, Digital Locking & Access Control, Fire Alarm, Intercom & Mass Notification, Lighting Controls "Security Service and Support: Life Safety Testing and Inspection, Preventative Maintenance, Technology Manager Services Any projects that are utilizing federal monies would be subject to the Davis-Bacon Act.
