The Work includes the redevelopment of the existing Overlook I Park, hillside, areas of the City’s marina floor surface parking lot, improved pedestrian access, and accessible pathways. Site improvements also include undergrounding of existing overhead power on Cliff Avenue South, permanent signage, trench restoration for electrical, pedestrian pathways, playground area, water feature, bioretention planter, storm pipe, underdrains, cleanouts, area drains, trench drains, storm catch basins, water main and associated appurtenances, sanitary sewer and associated fittings, sanitary manholes, ADA parking, MSE wall, retaining wall, overlook weir and wall, concrete stairs, fencing, concrete seat walls, pedestrian barrier and pedestrian railing, asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, irrigation system, illumination system, landscaping, pavement markings, benches, bike racks and other work included in the contract: The Work is to be performed within the number of working days indicated on the bid proposal from the date of Notice to Proceed issued by the Owner and consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and other work or items incidental thereto for all of the work necessary to complete the Capital Improvements as shown on the drawings and as required for a complete and operating facility as specified in the contract documents.
