The awarded bidder is expected to supply the following: 1. Network Coordination and Facilitation. Provide overall network coordination and facilitation of the Envision the Choptank partnership. Coordination and facilitation services include organizing and facilitating Envision’s Steering Committee and workgroups, including the Working with Local Governments and Engaging Communities workgroups that support, guide, inform, and provide oversight for the partnership’s Technical Assistance Circuit Rider, the LEAD the Shore program, and efforts to develop restoration plans with communities. The services also include working with partners to advance coordinated strategies, including management of the Community Ambassador Fund and delivery of LEAD the Shore programing and community-focused restoration plans. Overall network coordination and facilitation for the partnership includes providing strategic planning for the steering committee and workgroups; conducting background research and synthesizing information to inform decision-making and action; transferring lessons learned throughout the partnership and beyond through the annual Envision All Partner Meeting, newsletters, and outside speaking engagements; and assisting in the coordination of collaborative grant proposals. 2. LEAD the Shore. Administer the LEAD the Shore program with one new cohort of between 15 and 25 community residents. Continue programming with previous cohorts to build a network of community leaders across the watershed.
