Harper College requires professional charter bus transportation services to support its athletic teams' travel to and from scheduled competitions, tournaments, and related events. The Contractor shall provide safe, reliable, accessible, and comfortable transportation that ensures timely arrivals and departures, allowing athletes and staff to focus on performance and team objectives. The Harper College Athletics Department will provide the Contractor with the official athletics season travel schedule in advance, listing all regular season, tournament, and postseason events. The Contractor shall furnish buses and drivers for all trips on this schedule and for any additional trips added during the season with reasonable notice. The award of this contract will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
