The CM Consultant shall lead the construction management services to: Paerdegat Pumping Station 1. Replace the six (6) dry pit submersible pumps with six (6) new single-speed dry pit submersible Main Sewage Pumps with an 11.4 MGD capacity each; 2. Replace the existing wet well elevation bubbler system with a new ultrasonic level monitoring system and installing a back-up float system; 3. Furnish and install new mechanical, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical, Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) systems; 4. Provide resiliency upgrades; 5. Provide permanent emergency generator with fuel storage. The new generator will be installed outdoors, approximately in the location of the existing generator; 6. Replace the crane electrification system on the Pump Room bridge crane. The screening chamber bridge crane will remain, rust to be removed from structural and mechanical components and repaint;
