This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is being released by the New York State (NYS) Office of General Services (OGS) Division of Financial Administration on behalf of the OGS Division of Real Estate (DRE). The intent of this solicitation is to contract with a vendor to perform professional removal and cleaning of bird scat, detritus, droppings, or other similar vector (herein referred to as scat) from the exterior of New York State OGS operated properties. This solicitation consists of the following areas: Albany Area Facilities; New York State Office buildings and facilities located in and around the Empire State Plaza in Albany, NY. Albany Area Historic Buildings; Historic New York State Buildings located in Albany, NY.
