Grass Cutting Service • Lawn Cutting not to exceed 20 cuts per each fiscal year, October 2025 – September 2026. Coordinate grass cutting schedule, and grass cut height with DHR County office POC. • Grass cutting: (15 cuts in growing season) • During Spring and Summer season’ cuttings 2-3 times per month may be required. Following tasks shall be performed with each grass cutting. • Weed eating shrub bed areas down to ground, and clean cut around shrubs, not to damage shrubs. Remove all cuttings. • Trim & spray around and below all buildings and porches. • Edge grass line along the sidewalks, walkways, curbs, and parking lot. • Remove grass/weeds out of sidewalks, walkways, curbing. Maintain clean appearance. • Remove grass/weeds out of pavement/concrete growing inside the perimeter area of parking lot. Inside perimeter area of parking lot includes curbing/pavement/concrete/asphalt in the perimeter area of parking lot only. • Blow grass clippings and or leaves from all sidewalks, parking lot, walkways, porches, under trees, and fence lines. • Fine Mulch leaves &/or pine straw & distribute on lawn. Fine mulching is required to minimize from packing of leaves in layers. Leaves not mulched shall be removed off property. • Remove trash, debris from under trees and from property to ensure clean area. • Unit price is cost per cut. Unit price per cutting must include service requirements listed above for lawn cutting. • This Spec does not include replacing pine straw, nor spraying of the beds.; Shrub/Hedge Trimmings: • Shrub trimmings limited to two (2) times per year. • Cuttings from shrubs must be removed from property with each trim service to ensure clear area. • Service to be performed in Spring and Fall (1 trim per season). • Unit price is cost per each trim job. Unit price must include service requirements for trimming.
