The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a multi-year contract with a contractor to provide an array of services for performing all minor repairs, maintenance, preventative maintenance, and minor to moderate maintenance vendor management for Metro facilities (reference attachment for General Services managed facilities). Contractor will operate an efficient, effective, economical, and safe maintenance program, which provides for the on-going, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the contractor will not be responsible for HVAC service and repair. Resources * Contractor shall provide all support, supervision, coordination, and labor required herein along with vehicles, mobile technology devices (meeting any applicable Metro standards), tools, ladders, equipment, and personal safety gear reasonably necessary to safely and efficiently address a broad range of potential maintenance and repair needs on a daily basis. * Contractor shall devote adequate personnel, in terms of number, expertise, and credentials, to perform all aspects of required service. * Contractor shall be responsible for securing and maintaining all necessary certifications, licenses, permits, and authorizations (and for the costs thereof) required to perform the required services. * Contractor shall be responsible for the replacement of any Metro-provided, technology devices (e.g., computers, mobile phones, tablets) if such is damaged or lost by contractors staff.
