The contractor shall provide the E Metrotel UCX/General Telephone Equipment and Maintenance services on an as needed basis to the City. The contractor shall not interfere in any way with the activities of City staff or visitors when providing services on City property. The contractor shall have no right to access any other facilities of the City throughout the duration of the contract. The contractor shall understand and agree that the City shall have no responsibility for the loss, theft, mysterious disappearance of, or damage to equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and other personal property of the contractor or the contractor’s staff. All payments to shipping agents and for insurance fees shall be made directly by the contractor. The contractor shall understand and agree that the City shall make no payments to any firm concerning the shipment, installation, and delivery of equipment/software which is not a part of the contract and for which exact payments are not described. The contractor shall also be responsible for all arrangements for the shipment and receipt of equipment/software to the City’s prepared site. The contractor shall refer to Attachment 1 for the list of required equipment that will need maintenance serviced throughout the duration of the contract.
