The Awarded Laboratory shall be required to perform analytical services on wastewater, biosolids, potable water, and surface water samples, as required, for the Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (DWR). Unit pricing must include all costs associated with this purchase including but not limited to all shipping costs (material, delivery, and overnight return). The awarded lab(s) will provide appropriate sample collection bottles, shipping materials, shipping costs, analytical services, and other related supplies and services described or reasonably implied herein. Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources (DWR) staff will collect discrete water samples in the awarded vendor’s provided sample collection bottles, package the bottles in the awarded vendor’s provided shipping materials with prepaid shipping labels provided by the awarded laboratory, and deliver the package to a commercial shipping company for delivery to the awarded vendor’s laboratory facility.
