VEHICLE DELIVERY The vendor shall provide a list (i.e. VIN #, License Plate #, etc.) of all rental vehicles. At any time that a vehicle is swapped out, the vendor must update and provide the updated list to the Forestry Division. Vendor must list make and model of the rental trucks and must fill in all blanks on the form. VEHICLE REPLACEMENT If maintenance is required and or needed on a truck under the contract, the rental company shall provide a replacement truck to ensure that the Forestry Division is not without the required number of trucks for the day/week/month. VEHICLE MAINTENANCE/INSPECTION AUTHORIZATION Clarification for pickup/drop off of vehicles anytime maintenance/repairs are needed on a vehicle, the Vendor Company Representative and a Forestry Division Foreman/Supervisor must inspect the whole vehicle. Upon inspection, both parties shall sign the inspection form noting any damage and/or no damage. qty 30
