10.1 Scope The work to be performed under this item shall consist of supplying of an electrician and helper, tools and equipment to perform electrical work at the Owner's various Facility locations. 10.2 Method Repair Services – The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary for the diagnosis, cleaning, replacement or repair of the Owner's equipment as may be required and directed by the Owner. These services shall be provided on a per hour basis with a guarantee of one (1) hour minimum for each site appearance per call, not including site visits to develop a budget estimate for a specific job. Emergency Service - The Contractor shall supply similar services to the repair service described above, but shall be available in an emergency, to start work in response to a call within three (3) hours.
