The work to be performed under this item shall consist of the supplying of a boiler mechanic, tools, and equipment to diagnose, repair, clean, and tune up boilers at the Owner's various Facility locations. Repair Service - The Contractor shall supply all labor, materials (not furnished by Owner), tools and equipment necessary for the diagnosis, cleaning, and repairs of the Owner's equipment as may be required and directed by the Owner. These services shall be provided on a per hour basis with a guarantee of one (1) hour minimum for each site appearance per call, not including site visits to develop a budget estimate for a specific job. Emergency Service - The Contractor shall supply similar services to the repair service described above but shall be available in an emergency, to start work in response to a call within three (3) hours. Annual Boiler Tune Up and Start Up - Each year in May, the Contractor shall tune-up each of the Authority's nine (9) gas fired boilers, one (1) oil fired boiler, one (1) oil fired furnace, and one (1) oil-fired unit heater as listed on the attached "Summary of CMCMUA Boilers/Furnaces" (see Attachment 2).
