The selected Applicant must provide a list of participating SNAP Incentive Program vendors in New Hampshire to the Department within thirty (30) business days of the effective date of the resulting Agreement. Participating vendors include: Grocery stores. Farmer’s markets. Mobile markets. Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) sites. Food cooperatives (Co-op). Other participating direct food retailers. The selected Applicant must ensure services are available statewide. The selected Applicant must only utilize funds to provide a dollar-for-dollar match up to $20 per day, to SNAP recipients residing in New Hampshire for fresh fruits and vegetables at participating SNAP Incentive Program vendors. The selected Applicant must ensure no funds are utilized to support administrative or other costs. The methodology to determine the dollar-for-dollar match rate per day is subject to Department approval The selected Applicant must ensure that SNAP Incentive Program vendors: Provide training to staff or vendors on purchases that qualify for purchase with SNAP dollars and incentive funds; Offer a central SNAP booth at which the SNAP customer can receive tokens or vouchers for use at participating farmers markets; Use a 50% discount at checkout if the participating vendor is a CSA site, farm stand or independent retailer. The selected Applicant must ensure that locations offering a 50% discount are reimbursed monthly for the SNAP incentives utilized the prior month. The selected Applicant must participate in meetings with the Department on a monthly basis, or as otherwise requested by the Department.
