The City of Pocatello invites interested parties to submit qualifications to assist with the Terry First Connection Engineering Design and Construction Services. The project is funded through a U.S. Department of Transportation (US DOT) grant and must adhere to all federal funding award requirements. The awarded firm(s) must have experience completing plans in accordance with the US DOT Safe Systems Approach, American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) requirements, Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements, required construction testing, inspections, Resident Project Representative requirements, local and state requirements for infrastructure improvements, and other relevant requirements.
