The Northern Middlesex Council of Governments (NMCOG), on behalf of the Northern Middlesex Stormwater Collaborative (NMSC), invites proposals for consulting services to support Merrimack Revive: A Vision for Regional Resilience. This multi-phase initiative addresses flooding, water quality, and infrastructure challenges across 13 watershed communities. The selected consultant will develop a watershed-scale hydrology and hydraulics (H&H) model, integrate available GIS datasets, and provide technical inputs to inform a regional culvert prioritization framework. Deliverables must document data sources, methods, and assumptions. This contract is funded through the Massachusetts Municipal Vulnerability Preparedness (MVP) program and follows M.G.L. c. 30B procurement requirements.
