The City of Dallas is soliciting proposals through the Request for Competitively Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) solicitation method to establish a sixty (60) month base contract with two (2) one (1) year renewal options for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) service agreement related to janitorial services. An ID/IQ agreement is implemented in circumstances where the specific quantities of goods or services, as well as the delivery schedules, cannot be predetermined. In the context of this solicitation, the quantities specified in the ID/IQ agreement are determined by the minimum limit and the undetermined maximum limit of facilities to be serviced under each group outlined in this solicitation.
