The Alabama ABC Board is seeking the following services: Lawn Care to include Mowing, Trimming, Edging, Blowing, Flower Bed & Shrub Maintenance. Requirements: - Property must be mowed and blown 38 times per year- weekly during the growing season - Property must be edged and trimmed 38 times per year- weekly during the growing season - Preservation area behind main building must be mowed biweekly during the growing season - Private area behind Warehouse building must be mowed biweekly during the growing season - All over-hanging limbs along back drive to loading dock must be trimmed as needed - Overgrown weeds along loading dock driveway and building must be sprayed as needed - Damage to irrigation system made by contractor's equipment must be repaired by contractor - Special visit mowing as needed must be done at no extra charge
