• Project Name: Gross Ave. NE Area Water Main Improvements (TAG 651) • This project is located along the following streets: • St. Elmo Ave NE - 15th St. NE to 19th St. NE • Gross Ave NE - 12th St. NE to 17th St. NE • 17th St. NE - St. Elmo Ave NE to Gross Ave NE • Bonnot Pl. NE - St. Elmo Ave NE to Gross Ave NE • 16th St. NE - St. Elmo Ave NE to Gross Ave NE • Olive Pl. NE - St. Elmo Ave NE to Gross Ave NE • 15th St. NE - St. Elmo Ave NE to Gross Ave NE • It will involve the replacement of approximately 4,700 LF of 6” waterline, 1,300 LF of 8” waterline, and 1,750 LF of 12” waterline along with the installation of valves, hydrants, and reconnection to the existing water distribution network. Included with the project is new asphalt paving.
