ITEM 1: 50% Aluminum Chlorohydrate in 300-gallon totes (Vine WTP) The Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH) shall be guaranteed to meet AWWA Standard B408, latest edition. The manufacturer shall provide a certified analysis of the liquid ACH. The ACH content in the liquid ACH products shall be 50 percent by weight expressed as Al2O3. Specific gravity shall be between 1.3 and 1.4. Delivery shall be in 300-gallon totes. This material shall be certified as suitable for contact with, or treatment of, drinking water by an accredited certification organization in accordance with ANSI/NSF Standard 60, Drinking Water Chemicals – Health Effects. Payment of bulk deliveries shall be made for amounts delivered and determined by certified scale certificates. Bid is for approximately 5,000 gallons delivered as Liquid ACH. Delivery shall be in totes of 300-gallon lots. ITEM 2: Sodium Hypochlorite (12.5 percent) in 300-gallon totes (Vine WTP) The Sodium Hypochlorite shall be guaranteed to meet AWWA Standard B300, latest edition. Sodium Hypochlorite shall be liquid, filtered and have 12.5 percent of available chlorine by weight. Payment of bulk deliveries shall be made for amounts delivered and determined by certified scale certificates. This bid is for approximately 10,000 gallons to be delivered and shall be shipped in 300-330-gallon tote bins. Individual orders shall be for approximately 300 gallons. ITEM 3: Dense Soda Ash (Vine WTP) The Dense Soda Ash shall be guaranteed to meet AWWA Standard B201, latest edition. The Soda Ash shall be granular Dense Soda Ash and shall be delivered in 2,000 lb. bag form.
