The purpose of this project is to support Raleigh Water in complying with the current Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) and anticipated Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI) requirements. The selected Consultant will investigate, identify, and document the materials of water service lines—including both public and private segments—regardless of whether they are located beneath sidewalks, roadways, landscaped areas, or other surface features. 4.2. Objectives • Verify material composition of service lines where directed. • Deliver regulatory-compliant data formats suitable for reporting 4.3. Services to be Provided Task 1. Project Management & Coordination • Conduct project kickoff meeting and establish communication protocols. • Provide a project schedule with milestones and deliverables. • Participate in regular progress meetings with Raleigh Water staff. • Submit monthly progress reports including budget status.
